A vigorous aerobic work out

Beginning in June.

Based on body isolations found in Oriental Dance with up-beat Middle Eastern music. Recommended for those who would like to sweat and tone. No experience necessary. A wonderful way to get in shape!

Wear comfortable work-out clothes.
Hip scarves available.
