This contract is to establish a business relationship between Dancing Dragon Studio and you the teacher. By signing this
contract, you are agreeing to the following:
Clean up after your class/event and leave the studio as you’ve found it.
Turn off all lights and lock up when you leave.
Be responsible for the well being of the studio and people at the studio during the times your occupancy.
No food or shoes to be brought into the studio.
You are agreeing that the owners of Dancing Dragon Studio (Whitney and Michael Suter) can not be held liable for any harm
to you or those who partake in your events. We encourage all teachers to cary their own insurance.
Be sure that guests and students sign the studio’s waiver of liability each time they come to class/workshops.
Payment options:
Workshops:
Dancing Dragon Studio is available to be rented for workshops and special events. Rent is $20 per hour or $100 day if
space is used in excess of 8 hours. This includes advertising. A non-refundable %25 deposit is required. Teachers may also
opt to pay the studio 25% of tuition for their workshop upon special arrangements.
Ongoing Classes:
Option 1.
For teachers commited to teaching on-going classes for a block of time, Dancing Dragon Studio will accept in payment
25% of tuition.
This pays for space usage and advertising. Like a school we have semesters (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). For each
semester you are responsible for registering your students for your classes and then providing the studio with the names
and contact information for your students with the 25% of your tuition. This must be received prior to the start of the
semester.
Option 2:
For teachers commited to teaching on-going classes for a block of time, Dancing Dragon Studio will accept in payment
20 per hour in rent. This is due in full by the 1st of each month.
This pays for space usage and advertising. Like a school we have semesters (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). For each
semester you are responsible for registering your students for your classes and then providing the studio with the 25% of
your tuition at the end of your class or pay the rent by the first of each month. This must be received prior to the start
of the semester. Workshops must pay their 25% of rent to hold the space and the remaining amount prior to the occurance of
the workshop.
